Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To allow adequate time to accommodate other clients, at least 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
